Dance Dance Revolutions 2010:
Louis St. Laurent Catholic School proudly hosted our spring dance
marathon, community in service event, “Dance Dance Revolutions 2010 (DDR).”
This year, through our fundraising efforts, it was our goal to raise a
minimum of $15,000 dollars to donate to Wheelchair Foundation Canada.
We were blown away by your generosity as we left our goal in the dust by
raising approximately $40,000!!! For more information, Click Here.
Louis St. Laurent welcomes, Mayor
Mandel. On Monday, May 17th Mayor Mandel visits a Social 30
class and members of Student Union. Mayor Mandel is very interested in
meeting with the students at Louis St. Laurent High School to discuss
their priorities for the City - both what they think would make Edmonton
a great city in the future, and what the City Council can focus on now
to improve Edmonton in the short-run. The Mayor feels the youth
perspective is an important one that is too often ignored.
